Water transportation general files, 1980-1991.

The Executive Office of Transportation and Construction (EOTC) is responsible for coordination and planning of state transportation and related public construction policies. In fulfilling this responsibility, EOTC develops water transport (e.g., ferry systems) as an adjunct to mass land transport and coordinates development of seaborne transportation facilities. Series was created to study and develop water-related transportation projects in Massachusetts.
